Order Cancellation

Since we process orders immediately after payment, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds ONLY in the following cases:

✔ Received a damaged product

✔ Received a wrong product

✔ Product is defective or not working on arrival

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Photos/video of the issue

• Unboxing video (recommended)

❌ Change of mind
❌ Buyer’s mistake in order
❌ Wrong address given by customer
❌ Delay by courier company
❌ Product not liked after use
❌ Minor color/size variations

Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be:

✔ Processed to your original payment method
✔ Credited within 7–14 working days

Replacement Policy

If a product is defective or damaged, we may offer:

✔ Free replacement
✔ Or refund (depending on stock availability)
